Appetizers:
“Insalata Caprese”.
Sliced Tomato, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella topped with Olive Oil and homemade Honey-Balsamic Reduction.  7.00  
Mussels di Napoli. Mussels in the Shell, simmered with Wine, Garlic-Butter, Roma Tomatoes and Scallions. Served with Garlic Bread.  8.00  
Mini Crab Cakes with Two Chefs Tartar Sauce. Served on a small bed of Mixed Greens. 8.00 

Soups:

Classic French Onion Soup topped with melted Provolone Cheese and Croutons.  4.50

Spinach Salad topped with Gorgonzola Cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon Bits and Caramelized Walnuts. Served with homemade Apple Vinaigrette. 7.50
Caesar Salad. Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese and Croutons tossed in our Gourmet Caesar Dressing.  6.50
Large House Salad. Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Roasted Red Peppers and Crumbled Bleu Cheese. Choice of Bleu Cheese, Ranch, Balsamic or Raspberry Vinaigrette.  6.00
Country Greek Salad. Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Calamata Olives, Pepperoncini and Greek Feta Cheese tossed in our House Greek Dressing.  7.50  
Two Chef’s Salad. Mixed Baby Greens, Goat Cheese, Toasted Sunflower Seeds and Cabernet Poached Figs. Topped with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and homemade Honey-Balsamic Reduction.  7.50

Two Chef’s Alfredo. Linguine, Tomatoes and Fresh Basil tossed in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce.  12.00.    Add Grilled Chicken: 2.50    Add Grilled Shrimp: 4.00  
Seafood Pasta. Mussels, Chopped Clams, Shrimp and pieces of Fish served on Linguine with a Lemon Garlic White Wine Basil Sauce. 16.00  
Mussels Marinara. Fresh Mussels steamed in a homemade Marinara Sauce over Linguine. 14.00  
Two Chefs Chicken Pasta. Grilled Chicken  tossed with Mushrooms, Onions, crumbled Bacon, Garlic & White Wine.  15.00

Roast Half Duck
with Chef’s Special Gravy. Served with Red Cabbage, Potato Dumplings, and Garlic Spinach.  21.00  
Half Roast Chicken basted with Olive Oil and Herbs, served with Gravy, Potato of the Day and Vegetable of the Day.  15.00

Pork Schnitzel. Thinly pounded breaded Pork Cutlets, browned and served with House Potato Salad, Red Cabbage and Lemon Wedge.  15.00  
Two Chefs Pancake. Pork and Beef Tenderloin strips cooked in a Rich Tomato, Onion and Bell Pepper Sauce and served in a Potato Pancake with sides of Sauerkraut and homemade Apple Sauce.  16.00  
Stuffed Cabbage. Cabbage Leaves stuffed with Ground Pork, Onion and Rice, covered in a tangy Tomato Sauce and slowly baked. Served with Mashed Potatoes.  15.00  
Beef Stroganoff. Tender strips of Filet Mignon and Mushrooms cooked in a Sour Cream Sauce and served over Egg Noodles.  16.00
 8oz Filet Mignon with “Hunters” Wild Mushroom Sauce and served with Potato of the Day  and Vegetable of the Day.  19.50  
Marinated Salmon topped with a White Wine Basil Sauce and served with White Rice and Vegetable of the Day.   16.00  
Baked Fresh Cod. Baked Cod topped with a Walnut and Pecan Crust and a Lemon-Herb Drizzle. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable of the Day.  17.50
